CANCELLATION POLICY

you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, l respectfully request at least a 24 hour notice. Any appointments cancelled without a 24 hour notice will be responsible to pay a percentage of their missed service to book their next appointment. This will be 50% of the service missed, or $25, whichever is more. No show appointments will be responsible of paying 100% of their missed service to book their next appointment. If you are going to be late to your appointment, please call or text me at 870-783-0907. If you are more than 15 minutes late and we have not communicated, your appointment is automatically canceled and you will be considered a no show. I will do my absolute best to accommodate you and still perform the service later that day or at a later date. Emergencies are completely understandable, please just contact me so that I am aware that you will not be at your scheduled appointment. You will be exempt from the fee if an emergency occurs. I only make money if you show up to your appointments. Not showing up or cancelling last minute makes it almost impossible for me to fill your spot. This also takes an appointment away from another client needing in. My time is just as valuable as yours.
